Team Talent Program (TTP)

Introducing the Team Talent Program (TTP) – an initiative that will allow you to discover and develop your professional potential. We are confident that our associates include talented leaders and operators with a passion for further development. That is why we created TTP, to enable you to advance and develop in new areas of activity.

Talent Selection
The TTP aims to identify talented colleagues who have a predisposition to play the role of Team Leaders (TLs) or Machine Operators (OPs). We want to give you the chance to use your skills and abilities when leading teams or operating machines.

Promotion and professional development
By participating in TTP, you have the opportunity to advance to new roles and advance your career. For those who successfully pass the verification process, we will prepare an offer for promotion to the role of TL or OP. We will provide the right training and support so that you can grow in your new area of responsibility.

Cooperation and support
TTP is also an opportunity to build strong relationships in the team. By acting as a TL, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and influence the working atmosphere. As an OP, you will collaborate with other specialists and improve your skills in the area of machine operation.

TEAM LEADER

Important qualities and skills:

• leadership skills and very good team management skills
• ability to coordinate and organize work in a group and delegate tasks
• ability to strategically plan and constructively solve problems and conflicts
• ability to read plans
and
• driving license cat. B
• knowledge of health and safety regulations

Responsibilities:

• support for the site manager in managing a team of employees
• delegation of tasks and continuous control in their implementation
• participation in the organization of daily activities on the construction site
• helping employees to do their jobs properly
• ongoing monitoring of the progress of work
• quality control of work and implementation of necessary corrective actions
• controlling compliance with health and safety rules
• reporting results

OPERATOR

Important qualities and skills:

• very good ability to drive machines
• ability to read plans
• commitment and meticulousness
• caution, perceptiveness and the ability to predict actions
and
• driving license cat. B and having the appropriate qualifications adequate to the machine
• knowledge of health and safety regulations
• current medical certificate of no contraindications to operate machinery

Responsibilities:

• operating a loader / excavator / staking machine or tractor during work on the construction site of a photovoltaic farm
• performing work related to unloading and loading materials (loader)
• transporting materials on the construction site (loader, tractor)
• earthworks (excavator)
• care for the condition of entrusted machines and regular servicing
• compliance with health and safety rules and regulations regarding work on the construction site
• cooperation with other employees on the construction site

In the subject line of the message, write “TTP candidate“.
In the body of the e-mail, please provide your name and surname and choose whether you want to apply for the role of Team Leader (TL) or Machine Operator (OP).

Verification process
Upon receipt of your application, we will conduct a review process that includes an assessment of your aptitudes and skills related to the selected role. If you meet the criteria, you will be informed of acceptance and invited to the next stages of the program.

Promotion offer and training
Once you have successfully completed the verification process, you will be offered a promotion to the new role. We will provide you with the right training and support so that you can effectively perform your new responsibilities.

Development and trial period
TTP will enable you to grow in your new role. The trial period will be an opportunity to gain practical experience and confirm your skills. Successful completion of the trial period will allow you to continue collaborating on the new feature.
