The year 2023 is behind us, and thus – it’s time for a small summary<\/strong> of what we have achieved. It was a real marathon of projects, challenges and exceptional achievements for us.
\nThanks to the hard work and successful cooperation between our teams on the construction sites and in the office, everything went almost smoothly.
\n\ud83d\ude09 Today we want to share with you what we have managed to achieve, based on specific numbers that best reflect the scale of our activities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prepared? Here we go!<\/h2>\n

Last year, we had as many as 21 photovoltaic projects <\/strong> to our credit. This allowed us to increase the total capacity <\/strong>of installed solar modules by an impressive 550 MWp<\/strong>, which can power 150 thousand homes.<\/strong> This result consists of over a million photovoltaic modules<\/strong> \u2013 this means that we installed an average of 1 panel every 30 seconds<\/strong> throughout 2023. Pretty amazing, right?<\/p>\n

International presence<\/h2>\n

Our goal was to continue our activity on international markets, which we successfully implemented, focusing mainly on Germany, while also implementing projects in England and Ireland. <\/strong> It is a great honour for us that our company is constantly trusted abroad and is appreciated for its readiness to undertake even the most demanding projects.<\/p>\n

Coordination and logistics<\/h2>\n

Foreign projects are not only about the construction itself, but also about the entire logistics and coordination behind it. Last year, our teams covered more than 2 million kilometres<\/strong> using our own and rental fleet<\/strong>, totalling almost 150 vehicles.<\/strong> Our headquarters in Warsaw was a real transport hub, from which the departures of the assembly teams took place on average every 33 hours, and our employees lived in almost 500 different accommodations.<\/strong> Mobility at Master Level!<\/p>\n

ECOTEC Academy<\/h2>\n

In 2023, we organized 9 editions of the ECOTEC Academy, which allowed us to train nearly 100 people<\/strong> in the field of installation technology and the specifics of working on photovoltaic farms. We are glad that as many as 93% of students have joined our team<\/strong>, starting to work on projects. Investing in staff development is something that always pays off!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Competitions and cooperation with the community<\/h2>\n

We also don’t forget about building a community and engaging our team. Last year, our employees took part in competitions, including competition for the “Photo of the Month”,<\/strong> where they could boast of their own photos from the projects. We received more than 1000 photos<\/strong>, which not only enabled us to promote the achievements of our teams, but also strengthened the bonds within the company.<\/p>\n

Summary<\/h2>\n

It was a year full of challenges for us, but above all a year of success and growth. Thanks to the commitment of the entire team and the experience we have built over many years in the field of photovoltaics, we can continue to implement our mission of promoting renewable energy.
