We believe that every talented associate should have the opportunity for development and internal advancement at ECOTEC. That is why we are happy to promote people who stand out<\/strong> in cooperation with us with commitment and are motivated to further professional development. However, our experience shows that not every talented collaborator<\/strong> has the courage to come and apply<\/strong>. Now it will be easier, because with modest and talented people in mind, we have created the “Team Talent Program<\/strong>” (in short “TTP<\/strong>“). The whole process is based on 5 simple steps.<\/strong> Thanks to this initiative, it is from among our co-workers that we will first select and promote people who stand<\/strong> out from the team. At the same time, our doors will always remain open to new people<\/strong> who are just joining us or who are with us for a short time. Job description and required talents<\/h2>\n

The Team Talent Program covers two roles in our company: Operators and Team Leaders<\/strong>. Both areas require skills, some experience<\/strong> and predispositions<\/strong>. We really want to give you a chance even if you are just thinking about taking a course to operate a particular machine (for the role of Operator) or feel you have natural leadership qualities (for the role of Team leader). TTP application and participation pathway<\/h2>\n

If you meet our requirements or just want to try your hand at a new position, then: 1.
\nApply for the position of your choice (Operator or Team leader) by sending<\/strong> us an e-mail<\/strong> to ttp@ecotec-polska.pl<\/a>. Give the message the title “TTP Candidate”, and in the body write whether you are applying for the role of Team Leader or Operator. We are also eager to read about the reasons for your application. If you do not work with us yet, please also attach your CV<\/strong>. 2.

The prerequisite for the passage of the period is the performance of new duties for at least 15 days. In this step, we’ll also set a start date for your trial<\/strong>. 4.
