Whistleblowers

In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024, we inform you about the procedure for reporting abuse and attach a form for reporting the reports to which the Act relates.

A whistleblower is a person who reports irregularities, violations of the law or other unethical activities that take place in the organization in which they work. Whistleblowers can contribute to the disclosure of cases of corruption, financial fraud, violations of labor law, environmental protection, as well as other activities that are inconsistent with the law, which are included in the report directory. Their activities are important for ensuring transparency and ethical conduct in companies and institutions.
