How did the Employee Referral Program come about?
We were inspired to set up the Employee Referral Program by our dedicated fitters, who more and more often took their own initiative and encouraged their friends and relatives to work with us. So we decided that it is worth rewarding every employee who personally helped us expand the team with another valuable person. Therefore, at the end of 2021, we introduced appropriate annexes to the contracts, which clearly define the conditions for obtaining an attractive bonus for active assistance in recruitment.
Why was the Employee Referral Program created?
The photovoltaic industry is developing extremely fast, thanks to which our company is implementing more and more foreign projects. Therefore, we are constantly in need of new employees to fill the orders we are getting. At the same time, we see how difficult it is to find a good, conscientious employee today… That’s why we firmly believe that your friends or family members can become our next trustworthy employees. After all, you know them best and you know with whom you would create a good team also at work. To make it easier for you to recruit friends, we give you the opportunity to take part in the Employee Referral Program right after you start working for us! But that’s not all!

By participating in the Employee Referral Program: – you will help your friends find a well-paid job in a constantly developing industry and a company that supports the development of its fitters, – you have an impact on the atmosphere at work and who you will work with, – you will receive a one-off, attractive financial bonus of PLN 2750 gross! What’s more, if you manage to register a new person in the first weeks of employment, you may be able to go on your first trip and subsequent ones TOGETHER!In addition, at the end of 2022, we will award the person who successfully recommends the largest number of employees to us! 
How can you refer an employee?
The stages of participation in the Employee Referral Program are very simple with us: 1. You provide us with the contact details of your candidate. It is very important that you provide us with this information to be sure that it came to us thanks to you. 2. We conduct a recruitment interview with your candidate, and if it goes well, we hire this person. From the moment she first leaves, we start counting the man-hours she has worked. 3. You patiently wait for your friend to work at least 1000 man-hours in our company. In practice, this is a period of about 4 fully worked months. 4. You contact us by e-mail, text message or phone to collect the financial bonus to which you are entitled. 5. Congratulations! From the moment you meet the conditions, your bonus of PLN 2750 gross will be paid to you together with your salary (by the 15th day of the following month)!
What are the effects of the Employee Referral Program?
It will soon be a full year since we launched our Employee Referral Program. During this time, we have signed as many as 32 contracts with recommended persons! Each of these people worked for us for at least 4 months, so the recommenders received a total of PLN 88,000 bonus! Interestingly, some of our fitters were so involved in recruiting friends that they submitted more than one person! Currently, there is an even fight of 2 people for a special prize, which will be awarded at the end of 2022. The racing record holders recruited 3 people to Ecotec! Will they be able to maintain their position? Will any of them take the lead? Or maybe you will still be the one to surpass them?
