Health and safety is our basis on the construction site!

Your safety at work is very important to us. That is why we require our employees to wear appropriate protective clothing on the construction site. The mandatory set of workwear for every photovoltaic installer includes:

  • work boots (minimum class S3),
  • working wellingtons (minimum class S3),
  • work trousers,
  • White safety helmet.

Help us take care of your life and health and take all these things with you on your trip. Important! Without this set, we will not allow you to work!

We will refund you up to PLN 350 for protective clothing

We understand that a mandatory set of protective clothing is an investment for you, which is why we refund up to PLN 350 gross to each interested employee for such purchases. All you have to do is buy clothes and footwear with your own money, but on a VAT invoice issued to our company, and on the day of the first trip you will give us the original invoice for the purchased set. Within a few days of receiving the invoice, we will refund the appropriate amount to the account indicated by you. If the invoice is for a higher amount, we will refund you equal to PLN 350 gross, if for a lower amount, then the amount equal to the one on the invoice.

You will receive a free package of corporate clothing

In addition, before the first trip, we will ask you to provide your standard size of jacket and pants. Thanks to this , on the day of departure, you will receive from us additionally and free of charge:

  • work gloves (thinner in spring/summer, insulated in autumn/winter),
  • safety glasses (in summer you will receive them in a sunscreen version),
  • high-visibility work jacket (lighter in spring/summer, warmer in autumn/winter),
  • rainsuit (trousers and coat).

You receive a package of work clothes from us once. In exceptional situations, you can apply for new clothes, but try to take care of the one you get at the beginning of the 🙂 This way you will save another few hundred zlotys that you would spend on decent, rainproof clothing, and which is easy to get dirty and damaged on the construction site. As you can see, we also take this cost on ourselves.
