The 9th edition of the Ecotec Academy is behind us, and soon it will be a year since the first training (we wrote about the first edition in this blog post)! It was an intense time that literally taught us all something: the people coordinating the project improved in its implementation, and the participants of the Academy prepared to work as a photovoltaic panel installer and… They are already working with us! That is why we thought to share with you news related to the Ecotec Academy, which may interest you and encourage you to participate in the training. So let’s go with the news!
New training site near headquarters
The last two editions of the Ecotec Academy took place in the new location at ul. Łopuszańska 112, soonly 200 meters from the headquarters of our company at ul. World 22. The new training place for future photovoltaic panel fitters did not affect the way the classes were conducted or their scope, but it solved several important organizational issues. A key asset of the training courses at ul. Łopuszańska 112 is the vicinity of our headquarters. Each trainee has the opportunity to complete the formalities before or after the meeting, without having to move around perpetually congested Warsaw. In the new location, we have also obtained a larger number of parking spaces, thanks to which both lecturers and our students can park exactly at the training site without any problems and free of charge. 
The number of adepts reaches a hundred!
In all 9 editions of the Academy, we have already trained a total of 96 people , of which as many as 89 adepts were hired shortly after the training! This means that as many as 93% of our students are already working with us on the construction of photovoltaic farms in Western Europe. The fact that we did not hire all the people was mainly decided by the timing of the trips, which did not suit everyone. Therefore, several of these 7 people still have a chance to start working for us and are awaiting their first departure. In our opinion, these figures speak for themselves: if you come to Warsaw to take part in our Ecotec Academy, then The job of a photovoltaic fitter in our company is practically like in a bank!
The 8th edition turned out to be a hit!
The number of applications for the 8th edition of the Ecotec Academy exceeded our wildest expectations! In a short time, as many as 30 people applied, so there could be only one decision: we create 2 groups! It was important to us that, despite this unique situation, every participant had a chance to ask questions and practice everything necessary during the practice. Therefore, in addition to dividing people into 2 groups, we have extended training days to maintain a high level of meetings despite large groups. All participants of these two editions were hired by us within a week of the training. Most of them are already on their first trip, and several men will join their team in the next few weeks. 
Friendships are formed during the Academy!
We are extremely pleased that the meetings as part of the Ecotec Academy not only teach our students how to work as photovoltaic fitters, but are also a place to make new friends. After one of the last editions, we were pleasantly surprised by the visit of 4 participants of the Ecotec Academy, who visited us at the headquarters to thank us for the great training. They also asked us for the opportunity to go on one project together, because they liked each other so much during the training that they would like to work together… … So, of course, we took their request to heart and made it possible for them to go together and stay in the same apartment. So if you belong to the group of people who value a good atmosphere and interpersonal relationships, then our training and work with us is made for you!
