Responsibilities:
- Ensuring efficient communication and smooth information flow between project managers and the planning department
- Supporting the planning department and construction staff
- Planning and organizing the working hours of construction personnel, as well as providing general support in all areas of personnel planning
- Continuous operational support regarding construction personnel
Requirements:
- You must be a “master” of communication
- You must be able to read, write and speak English, Polish and German
- You must have experience in personnel planning, and preferably also in the construction industry
- You must be independent and reliable
- You must have a category B driving licenceand be willing to travel for business purposes
