Responsibilities:
- Organization and control of the implementation of works in accordance with the project
- Supervision of employees, compliance, quality and timeliness of works
- Control and settlement of subcontractors, acceptance of works performed
- Project analysis and work on the optimization of the construction site
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participation in construction meetings, making arrangements with foremen, project manager and/or project coordinator
- Keeping documentation of works, ongoing reporting of data on implementation
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of experience in managing works on large-scale photovoltaic installations (necessary condition)
- Knowledge of English and/or German at the level of min. B2 enabling free communication (a necessary condition)
- No building licence required
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Creativity, commitment and enthusiasm for work
- Determination, self-discipline and regularity in everyday work
- Conceptual thinking skills
