Responsibilities:
- Placing purchase orders, monitoring and replenishing stock levels on construction sites
- Analyzing customer needs and creating dedicated solutions, tailored to their needs and requirements
- Participating in the creation of order and work schedules to ensure continuity of supply and inventory
- Cooperation with suppliers and other departments of the company
- Organization of deliveries and recording of commodity items,
- Controlling the status of deliveries, filing complaints and monitoring the process of their implementation (including repair and warranty processes)
- Participation in the optimization of purchasing processes and taking care of the quality and timeliness of orders
- Soliciting Quotes for Material and Services
- Negotiating terms of cooperation with suppliers and active participation in signing contracts and evaluating suppliers
- Maintaining lasting business relationships with suppliers and acquiring new ones
- Ensuring the correct circulation of documentation
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of experience in Sales and Purchasing positions
- Ability to read project and workshop documentation (a necessary condition)
- Experience in the construction industry
- Higher education
- Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2 enabling free communication (a necessary condition)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
- Driving license cat. B
- Creativity, commitment and enthusiasm for work
- Independence in carrying out the duties entrusted to you
- Determination, self-discipline and regularity in everyday work
