Responsibilities:
- Support for the site manager in managing a team of employees
- Delegating tasks and continuous control in their implementation
- Participation in the organization of daily activities on the construction site
- Helping employees do their jobs properly
- Ongoing monitoring of work progress
- Quality control of work and implementation of necessary corrective actions
- Monitoring compliance with health and safety rules
- Reporting results
Requirements:
- Leadership skills and very good team management skills
- Ability to coordinate and organize teamwork and delegate tasks
- Ability to plan strategically and constructively solve problems and conflicts
- Ability to read plans
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Welcome:
- Experience in a similar position
- Driving license cat. B
- Knowledge of English or German
